We were previously on Kno which is a solid place to start not thinking too much of the Post Purchase Survey until I got a walk through of Fairing. Their integrations and the data you can pull and connect to are next level. If you are looking to get a way better understanding of your attribution and the ability to connect these data points to all your channels this is the tool for you.
Really easy to set up, and has made it really easy to know which influencers and creators are driving sales. Fairing has unlocked an entire layer of marketing intelligence that we were previously blind to.
I used fairing weekly if not more for quick insights into our customer base. It's so easy to edit questions and launch new ones. No complaints!
